We’re fairly new, just started renting from Key Realty Center and I must say that they are exceptional at what they do. The house was in top notch condition. Upon move-in there’s paperwork that renters need to fill out—just to notate on what you’ve noticed in/around the property—which will also be used upon move out. In the 6 homes we’ve rented in the last 15 years, this is the only property management that has done this, and I think it’s genius. Rod and Sara are reachable, available, accommodating, and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. If I have questions or concerns I can always call (during office hours), or text or email (after hours) and you can expect an almost immediate response. We have nothing but high praise for Key Realty Center.
