Q: How do I apply?
A: You can apply online through our website. Once you have found the home you wish to apply for, click the ‘Apply Now’ button on the rental listing page. You will be prompted to pay your application fee via credit card. We will follow up with you once we have reviewed your application.
Q: How do I pay my rent?
A: Rent is due on the first of each month. You can mail it into us or you can pay your rent online. Please visit the ‘Pay Rent Online’ sub-tab to learn more.
Q: How do I report a maintenance issue?
A: Please log into your Tenant Portal to submit a maintenance request. Requests are reviewed Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call (610) 373-8701.
Q: How can I build my credit?
A: In addition to avoiding late fees, you can actually build your credit by paying your rent on time! By reporting your payment history to Experian RentBureau, we can help you reap the rewards of getting your rent to us by the 1st.

When I requested maintenance, it was handled within the week, and on the day of, the issue was fix quickly. My only issue was that the old drainage pipe wasn't removed, and I'm not sure if I should place it in the garbage (it won't fit), or do something else (it's metal).

I don’t remember the date but a few months ago. I also asked Key Realty to send that message in writing and they did not comply.
Employees should be instructed not to bully tenants and to only send important messages about eviction in writing.
The moment our landlord hired Key Realty, we were threatened with eviction if we could not provide the lease to Key Realty, which in my opinion the landlord should supply. I called the landlord who said they never said or authorized that threat. It was a pretty insensitive overstep and abuse of position.
