What Our Clients Say
I’ve been working with Key Realty Center for more than 5 years. As an out-of-town owner, Rod helped take care of the property, find new tenants, collect rent and deal with evictions…Rod and his staff are always friendly and responsive. I would recommend them to owners who prefer being hands off with their rental properties.

Management has been great, they handle with "Job Well Done" as a property owner this is a great low service fee with end of the year tax report included. Barabing Barabung
Rob and Anna have performed as represented, I am pleased with their performance and so are my tenants. Paul Cress
The first person assigned for maintenance was fired. Key Realty did not get back to me with a replacement person. I contacted them after several months and they told me they would have another person come out and do the work. That person came out to assess the damage several months ago, but never came back to do the work. I haven’t heard anything from Key Realty about it. It always seems like a hard slog to get repairs done. I try not to complain though because I don’t want my rent to get raised.
I don’t know what service this is referring to. All I know is that I’ve put in two requests over the past six months regarding wood rot, and have not seen a repair person yet.
